Healthy Skinny Snacks
Published: 10/28/2016 2:04 PMI LOVE granola; so much so, that I have trouble stopping at just one handful. Let's be honest, this breakfast item is essentially a deconstructed oatmeal cookie but with a fraction of the flour. This makes it healthy, right? That’s not always the case. Many granolas are disguised as power snacks, but, in reality, have the nutrition equivalent of a candy bar. With Skinny Shake™ powder, you can turn your granola into a true power snack. This isn't just for breakfast either. Skinny granola is great on top of salads, in parfaits, as cereal, or by the handful!More Detail
Published: 10/11/2016 8:32 AMI seem to always find myself scrambling for ideas for thoughtful gifts. These peanut butter cookies are my new go-to easy recipe. With only a few ingredients, it is so easy to put together. I find myself wanting to bake for friends to say thank you but know that the last thing they really need are sugary baked goods at home. These peanut butter cookies solve the problem! They are adorable, scrumptious, and nutritionally sound. I highly recommend enjoying these as a dunking cookie with unsweetened almond milk or coffee. They are cakey and crunchy from the turbinado sugar; the best of both worlds! Enjoy!More Detail

Puppy chow is one of those childhood snacks that we wish we could still eat by the handful as adults, but we know better. Puppy chow, monkey munch, or muddy munch is chocolate and peanut butter coated Chex™ tossed in powdered sugar. It’s no wonder why kids and adults love it. With Skinny Shake™ powder, you can experience this sweet nostalgia while still practicing good nutrition habits. Just swap Skinny Shake™ powder in for sugar.
