Skinny Peanut Butter Cookies

I seem to always find myself scrambling for ideas for thoughtful gifts. These peanut butter cookies are my new go-to easy recipe. With only a few ingredients, it is so easy to put together. I find myself wanting to bake for friends to say thank you but know that the last thing they really need are sugary baked goods at home. These peanut butter cookies solve the problem! They are adorable, scrumptious, and nutritionally sound. I highly recommend enjoying these as a dunking cookie with unsweetened almond milk or coffee. They are cakey and crunchy from the turbinado sugar; the best of both worlds! Enjoy!
